PRICES & LIQUIDATION 

All our services are listed in US dollars.

With regard to service prices, customers will be charged the prices set in the corresponding section, as offered on the website. Prices include value-added tax as provided for by applicable laws in the United Mexican States (16%).

In addition to the purchase price, the customer will be responsible for covering all taxes generated, including value-added tax, consumption, use, privilege, ad valorem, customs, and any other type of taxes, levies, fees, or similar charges, taxes levied or increased under any law, rule, ordinance, or regulation at the municipal, state, federal, international, or any other national level concerning the services sold to the customer. In the event that the seller, for any reason, is obliged to pay such taxes, the buyer shall, upon request, immediately reimburse said amounts to the seller. The customer will provide, at the seller's request, any tax exemption certificate.

Likewise, to the extent required by applicable laws in each country, customers agree to send us properly completed tax forms, allowing us to make all required filings with the tax authorities.

PRICE CHANGE

We may change the prices and/or introduce new charges in addition to the prices at our sole discretion with thirty (30) days prior written notice to the User.

Notwithstanding the above, we may increase prices immediately with contemporaneous notification.

PAYMENT

The price of the services will be paid in advance using a credit card or another accepted payment method on the website.

TERMS OF PAYMENT 

To provide any service, it will be necessary to cover 100% of the amount, including taxes.

PAYMENT METHODS 

Payments can be made via an accepted credit or debit card.

We are not responsible for delays in our services in cases of fortuitous events or force majeure. Under no circumstances will StrategySprint pay penalties for delays in the delivery of our services.
