REFUND POLICY

If the user requires a refund, they have a period of three days to make the claim after purchasing the service. The user must contact StrategySprint and indicate the situation.

Refunds will only be issued to customers whose cases are reviewed and merit such refund. Refunds are processed within 10 to 15 business days after approval and are executed through the same payment method used to purchase the service.
